Product information
100% organic dry-waxed canvas from British mills. A sturdy 450gsm, this canvas is smooth to touch and weather-resistant. It is fluorocarbon-free (meaning no PFAS or other plastic nasties) and GOTS-certified to ensure environmental and social wellbeing.
All UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail using next-day delivery. Tracking information will be sent at time of shipment. All UK orders over £150 are shipped free of charge.
All international orders are shipped using DPD. Most deliveries will arrive 3 days from date of shipping. Tracking information will be sent at time of shipment. All international orders over £200 are shipped free of charge.
Please note that EU orders will be liable to tax on point of delivery, which the customer will need to pay directly. We so wish it weren't the case.

We are happy to receive any unused bags in pristine, re-saleable condition within 1 month of purchase.
We offer free return shipping for UK customers. Please email orders@baxleygoods.com to arrange this.
While we are happy to receive returns from international customers, we are unable to cover this cost. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we can't accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive to us. Please email orders@baxleygoods.com so we are aware your parcel is arriving.
Annual reproofing is recommended to maintain weather-resistance.

What payment methods can I use?
We offer 35 different payment methods including major providers like Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, American Express, and ShopPay.
Can I purchase items with another currency?
Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the bottom left of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
As long as your order hasn't shipped, it's always worth asking and we'll do our best to help. Changes to orders from our Special Runs section (limited editions, small runs, etc) may not be possible, eg, if we are cutting the fabric to order.
Do vouchers cover shipping costs?
Shipping is free for UK orders over £ 150 and for international orders over £200. A voucher is like all other payments, and so delivery charges may be required dependent on the total spend.

What happens if I need a repair?
Ooo! Glad you asked.
We are keen to ensure you have this bag as long as possible, and enjoy using it as much as possible. And just like a boots or a car, maintenance will be needed to ensure longevity.
Any necessary repair will be covered for the first two years of use. After two years, we'll very happily make any repair — even from standard wear-and-tear — for a nominal fee.
