In this document, "we", "Baxley" or "The Company" refers to Baxley Ltd.
"You" or the "Customer" refers the customer of the company.
"Contract" refers to the sale of goods from The Company to the Customer.

As our goods are made to order, we request full payment at the time your order is placed. No goods will be supplied until full payment has been received.
We do not handle the payment transaction ourselves, but use Shopify and Paypal's integrated payment systems. To be clear, we at no time have access to your payment information. We do not store payment details, or share your personal information with 3rd parties.
We've chosen DHL and Royal Mail to handle all shipping globally. As soon as they collect your parcel, and give us a tracking number, we will supply it to you.
Delivery times should be on average:
UK — next day delivery, from time of dispatch
EU — 2-8 working days, from time of dispatch
USA — 3-6 working days, from time of dispatch
International (outside EU) — 3-8 working days from time of dispatch
Please understand that you will be responsible for any of the customs, import duties or taxes related to your order. We are also unable to be held responsible for any customs delays (though you would have our sincere sympathy).
Cancellations or returns
In alignment with the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days of placing your order.
You may return anything in new, unmarked condition in the original packaging. Once we've received your original purchase, we'll review it. If it looks good enough to sell to the next customer, we will happily refund you the balance of the original receipt. Any customs charges, duties or tariffs will be covered by you.
If for any reason you do not receive your package, or it arrives in sub-standard condition, please write to email@example.com within 7 working days or receiving delivery. We shall take reasonable time to review the concern the claim stated. If requested by Baxley, the Customer will return the items (including all packaging) in discussion for Baxley to review.
If the Customer claims that the parcel has not been delivered, or been desired damaged or to the incorrect amount, we will review. If this is verified, we will refund the full amount of the invoice as related to the items in question.
If the Customer claims that any items are defective, we will review. If this is verified, we will refund the full amount of the invoice as related to the items in question.
At no times is Baxley Ltd under condition to exceed the invoiced value of the goods.
We are committed to respecting your privacy, and do not share your information with 3rd parties.
Baxley reserves the right to minority alter the specifications from those stated on the website, including slight differences in colour, shade and cuts. The Customer's statutory rights will not be affected.
Excessive Usage & Repairs
Our bags are designed to handle standard usage. Issues caused by larger-than-intended devices (eg, 16" computer in 15" laptop space) or heavier goods than the average person would carry are the liability of the customer. (A good rule of thumb: if no one in your family would be able to carry your bag for an hour, you may be carrying more than these bags were designed for. You will likely be alright, but your bag will wear more quickly.)
We will endeavour to assist with repairs due to excessive use, but will charge a fee if we deem the issue to have resulted from outside of standard usage parameters.
