DELIVERY, DUTIES + RETURNS

delivery

UK deliveries are shipped using Royal Mail's Special Delivery service.

International deliveries are shipped using DHL and Royal Mail.

Your tracking number will be supplied when your parcel has been dispatched, letting you follow its every step from our door to yours.

For certain countries, tracking is not available, though you will still be notified of the date it is shipped.

Free delivery for orders over £150

International
Free delivery for orders over £250 (excluding related import duties)

Shipping times

UK — next day delivery, from time of dispatch

EU — 2-8 working days, from time of dispatch

USA — 3-6 working days, from time of dispatch

Rest of World — 3-8 working days from time of dispatch

duties

We do not keep any customs or duties from your purchases.

This includes VAT for customers in the EU, and so it is likely you will need to pay these fees before the parcel can be delivered if in the EU. Most frustratingly, we are unable to offer an idea of how much the fees may be.

returns + exchanges

We want you to absolutely love the items you own. This includes the products we make. We'll even cover the return cost for UK orders.

So, if you're less than delighted, please email orders@baxleygoods.com to begin your return. We are happy to receive your unused purchase in perfect, resaleable condition (as good as you got it, for the next owner to love) in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. 

Once we've received your original purchase, we'll review it. If it looks good enough to sell to the next customer, we will happily refund you the balance of the original receipt, excluding shipping.

Unfortunately, as a small business, we are unable to cover the return cost for international orders.

Exchanges

Our bags are made in limited numbers. We will be happy to exchange your item for another of equal value if your bag is in perfect condition and the item you desire is in stock.
