Delivery, Duties + Returns

Delivery 

We use Royal Mail to deliver all parcels, locally and internationally.

Your tracking number will be supplied when your parcel has been dispatched, letting you follow its every step from our door to yours.

For a select number of countries, tracking is not available, though you still will be notified of the date it is shipped.

Shipping times

UK — next day delivery, from time of dispatch

EU — 2-8 working days, from time of dispatch

USA — 3-6 working days, from time of dispatch

International (outside EU) — 3-8 working days from time of dispatch

Duties 

Ah, Brexit. From April 2022, we are restarting orders to the EU. Please note that we do not keep any customs or duties from your purchase, and so it is likely you will need to pay these fees before your parcel is delivered to you.

We hope to find a better solution soon.

Returns 

We want you to absolutely love the items you own. This includes the products we make. We'll even cover the return cost for UK orders.

So, if you're less than delighted, please return your purchase in unused condition (as good as you got it, for the next owner to love) in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. 

Once we've received your original purchase, we'll review it. If it looks good enough to sell to the next customer, we will happily refund you the balance of the original receipt, excluding shipping.

Exchanges

Our bags are made in limited numbers. So as much as we’d like to offer exchanges, these will only be possible if we happen to have a different colour available.
