What payment methods can I use?
• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout
• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us
• ShopPay, Apple Pay
Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
Can I purchase items with another currency?
Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the bottom left of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
As long as your order hasn't shipped, it's always worth asking and we'll do our best to help. Changes to orders from our Special Runs section (limited editions, small runs, etc) may not be possible, eg, if we are cutting the fabric to order.
Do vouchers cover shipping costs?
Shipping is free for UK orders over £ 150 and for international orders over £200. A voucher is like all other payments, and so delivery charges may be required dependent on the total spend.
Can I return items?
We are happy to receive any unused bags in pristine, re-saleable condition within 1 month of purchase.
We will cover return shipping for UK customers. Please email orders@baxleygoods.com to arrange this.
While we are happy to receive returns from international customers, we are unable to cover this cost. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we can't accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive to us. Please email orders@baxleygoods.com so we are aware your parcel is arriving.
Do you offer repairs?
Yes!
We are keen to ensure you have this bag as long as possible, and enjoy using it as much as possible. And just like boots or a car, maintenance will be needed to ensure longevity.
Any necessary repair will be covered for the first two years of use. After two years, we'll very happily make any repair — even from standard wear-and-tear — for a nominal fee.
